The mission of the Postal Customer Council of Hawaii (PCC808.org) is to foster a close working relationship between Hawaii business mailers and the USPS through the sharing of information and ideas about new and existing postal products, services, programs and regulations via events held throughout the year.
Participants benefit by learning how to reduce postage costs and more effectively market themselves through the mail, and by being the first to learn about the latest USPS products and services that can make mailing and shipping easy and convenient.
PCC808 also provides a forum for mailers to discuss and resolve local mailing issues with postal managers and as an avenue for its participants to exchange mailing ideas and suggestions.
The Postal Customer Council of Hawaii is one of more than 200 local Postal Customer Councils with approximately 120,000 members across the nation. Small businesses, in particular, benefit from PCC participation because they are less likely than larger organizations to have full-time mailing professionals with the expertise to optimize mailing operations.
